About Me

I’m an Instructional Designer and Training Manager working remotely. With a degree in Graphic Design and more than 10 years of experience in learning and development, I’ve built my career around two things I’m passionate about: helping people grow and creating meaningful learning experiences.

My background spans instructional design, training and facilitation, coaching, and people leadership. Along the way, I’ve learned that effective learning is never one-size-fits-all. Great training should be engaging, accessible, and responsive to the needs of the learner while ultimately helping close knowledge and skill gaps and improve performance.

I create visually engaging eLearning with a focus on thoughtful design and purposeful interactivity. My toolkit includes Articulate Storyline and Rise, Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Affinity, Canva, Camtasia, and Audacity.

When I’m not designing learning experiences, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, watching sports, reading, or playing Dungeons & Dragons.
